Karnataka PGCET option entry 2025: KEA has concluded the Karnataka PGCET 2025 round 3 option entry on November 6, 2025. The Karnataka PGCET option entry 2025 link has been activated on the official website cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/pgcet2025. Students are advised to fill in their preferred colleges and courses before the last date for the Karnataka PGCET option entry. Only candidates who have qualified for the Karnataka PGCET and had a valid score were eligible for the option entry. Students can fill as many colleges and courses for web option entry as there is no restriction. The round 3 Karnataka PGCET 2025 provisional seat allotment will be released on November 7, 2025. How to Fill the Option Entry for Karnataka PGCET 2025?
Candidates can follow the steps below to fill in the option entry for Karnataka PGCET 2025:
Step 1: Visit the KEA official website.
Step 2: Go to the Admission tab and click on the PGCET exam from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Click on the PGCET First Round Option Entry Link.
Step 4: Enter your PGCET application number and start filling in the preferred colleges.
Step 5: Choose accordingly, as the options will get locked on the last date.
Step 6: Submit the form.
Documents Required for Karnataka PGCET Web Option Entry
Candidates need to arrange these documents for verification of Karnataka PGCET counselling:
Karnataka PGCET application form printouts’s
GATE 2025 scorecard (if applying through (GATE)
2 passport-size, recent colour photographs
Class 12/ 2nd PUC mark sheet
SSLC/Class 10 mark sheet
Certificates of class 10 and 12
Qualifying exam mark sheet and degree/provisional certificate
Category certificate (In case applicable)
Work certificate, if required.
Karnataka PGCET Counselling Help Centres 2025
The Karnataka Examinations Authority has introduced a total of 13 help centres across the state. These help centres help students to clear any doubts they have about anything. Candidates can simply go to the Karnataka PGCET help centres and tell them their application number. Admission to Karnataka colleges is also conducted through the GATE exam. Candidates can use the GATE college predictor to check which college and course they are getting. Below is a list of all the help centres:
