During the AKTU 22nd convocation ceremony, 23 students from KIET Group of Institutions, Delhi-NCR, Ghaziabad were honoured and felicitated by Smt. Anandiben Patel, Hon'ble Governor, Uttar Pradesh and Shri Ashish Patel, Hon'ble Minister of Technical Education, Consumer Protection, Weights & Measures, Uttar Pradesh as top university rank holders for the academic year 2023-24. These students outshined across various disciplines such as Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical Engineering, MTech, MCA, MBA, BPharm and MPharm.

Out of the 23 rank holders, 12 students were honoured with medals- 4 Gold, 5 Silver, and 3 Bronze- highlighting the academic performance of KIET students in the university rankings. For the very first time, the institute has also bagged the Kamal Rani Varun Award. This accomplishment reflects the institute's commitment to academic excellence and overall development.

To celebrate this achievement, the KIET Group of Institutions organised a felicitation ceremony at The Regnant Hotel in Lucknow on the same day, wherein all the meritorious students along with their proud parents were invited. The felicitation ceremony was attended by Dr Preeti Bajaj, Director General- KIET, Dr. Manoj Goel, Joint Director, Mr. Anup Srivastava, Registrar and the esteemed members of the Management. All the medalists were honoured with souvenirs from the institute and cash prizes of Rs. 50,000 for Gold, 40,000 for Silver and 30,000 for Bronze during the ceremony.
