Hello,
As far as I know, there is no specific limit on the number of attempts for the AEEE (Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam). You can appear for the exam as many times as you want to improve your score and secure admission to Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
Hope this helps you,
Thank you
Dear aspirant,
It is quite hard to predict the exact situation as it depends on the number of students attempting the exam, the preferences of the students and the number of students willing to take admission in the course.
CSE is one of the most preferred branch and hence it is quite competitive.
Looking at the previous year trends we can say that it is quite difficult to get CSE in Coimbatore campus with this rank. The closing rank for other states are usually around 2 K
Yet, your son has a good chance of getting CSE in Amritapuri or Bangalore campus in slab 1/ slab 2 as the cutoff is around 6 K for that.
According to alumni, Amritapuri campus is better for CSE as it has a lot of active clubs and offers more opportunities for the CSE students
For more details on cutoff please check the link below.
Hope this helps.
Hello,
Yes, Amrita Chennai offers daily bus facilities. Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham buses are available for transporting students and staff from the city and suburbs to the college. The buses start at 7.25AM from city and run through the stops indicated below and leave the campus at 5.15PM.
However, in case you want other means of travel then you can opt from the following:
1) Local buses
2) Van services
3) Car pooling
4) Cabs
I hope this helps,
All the best
Hey aspirant
When we look into previous year sources in Amrithapuri campus closing rank for cse was around 7k in open quota and 16k in state quota. Im Coimbatore it was around 5k in open quota and 19k in state quota. So chances of getting admission with above rank for cse will be difficult but you have a good chance of getting admission for other branches like ece eee etc.
