NTA has declared the CUET UG result for B.Tech on July 4, 2025. The result will be prepared based on the final answer key. Only after then, the respective universities will prepare and announce the cut-off and merit list. Candidates can check the CUET UG result 2025 and the cut-off at cuet.nta.nic.in/.

Please note that the B.Tech CUET cut-off will vary for each institution and category. Typically, general category candidates have the highest cut-off as compared to reserved categories. 90+ percentile is considered a good score in the CUET B.Tech exam. Shortlisted candidates will then be able to apply for admission into top engineering colleges in India.

Admission Process after CUET B.Tech Cut-off

A candidate’s CUET scores will be considered for B.Tech admission in several participating institutions. Merely appearing for the exam is not enough. Candidates also have to fulfill the admission requirements and other criteria. After the declaration of CUET result, each participating institution will announce its admission schedule and merit list. The merit list will be prepared based on the scores obtained by candidates in the CUET exam. See the steps below for successfully applying for UG admissions in various colleges.
