    KEAM B.Arch 2026 -CEE Kerala has commenced the KEAM BArch first phase option entry on the official website, cee.kerala.gov.in. Candidates must confirm their options for KEAM BArch by July 16, 2026. Candidates who are qualified for admission to the BArch and are included in the 2026 B.Arch rank list are eligible to enter options in this phase. After the completion of option entry, the first phase KEAM BArch 2026 Provisional allotment will be relased on July 17, 2026. The KEAM BArch rank list 2026 was published on July 11. Candidates listed in the rank list will become eligible for the KEAM B.Arch counselling process.     KEAM B.Arch 2026 Eligibility Criteria

    The authority has released the KEAM BArch 2026 eligibility criteria on the official website. The eligibility criteria of KEAM B.Arch 2026 comprise conditions that candidates need to fulfil before applying for admission. Candidates who meet the eligibility conditions can fill the KEAM BArch 2026 application form. Given below is the table enlisting the pointers on KEAM B.Arch admissions for future aspirants

    Nativity

    The candidate needs to be an Indian national.

    Persons of Indian Origin (PIO)/ Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) can also apply, but they will not be eligible for reservation.

    Keralite: Any candidate of Kerala origin will be categorised as a Keralite.

    Wards of All India Service (AIS) officers posted in the state will also be considered under this category, though they will not be eligible for reservation or any fee concession.

    Non-Keralite: Candidates will be divided into two sub-categories:

    • Non-Keralite Category I (NK I)

    • Non-Keralite Category II (NK II)

    Age Limit

    The candidate should be at least 17 years old as of December 31, 2026

    There is no upper age limit for KEAM B.Arch 2026

    Qualifying Examination


    • Candidates should have passed class 10+2 or equivalent exam securing minimum 50% aggregate marks, or

    • Candidates should hold a 3-year diploma with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks, or

    • Candidates should have completed International Baccalaureate Diploma, after 10 years of schooling, securing at least 50% marks.

    Compulsory Subject

    The candidates should have studied Mathematics as one of the subjects in the qualifying examination.

    Relaxation of Minimum Marks

    Candidates belonging to Socially and Educationally Backward Classes are entitled to a relaxation of 5% marks in qualifying exam.

    However, SC/ ST candidates only need to pass the qualifying exam to be eligible.

    KEAM B.Arch Application Form 2026

    The authority released the KEAM BArch 2026 application form online at the official website. Candidates were able to apply for KEAM BArch admission 2026 at cee.kerala.gov.in. Before applying, candidates must have checked the KEAM BArch eligibility criteria. The application process comprises registration, form filling, fee payment and uploading the documents. Candidates have to complete the KEAM BArch 2026 registration before the last date. The last date to complete the KEAM B.Arch registration was June 23, 2026. Given below is the series of steps to be followed by candidates.

    How to fill KEAM B.Arch 2026 application?

    1. Registration - Candidates have to visit the official website at cee.kerala.gov.in and click on the link to KEAM B.Arch registration 2026. Here, candidates will have to provide various basic details like their name, date of birth, email, and mobile number. They will create a password and then the application number will be generated after successful registration.

    1. Application Form - After completing registration, candidates will have to provide further personal, academic and contact details. They will also have to select the course in which admission is sought.

    1. KEAM B.Arch Application Fee - Candidates have to pay the KEAM B.Arch 2026 application fee depending upon the category they belong to as shown in the table below. The same can be paid through credit card/debit card/Internet Banking. Candidates can also pay the application fee using an e-challan to be generated while filling the application form. Payment of e-challan can be done at all Head/ Sub Post Offices in Kerala.

    KEAM B.Arch Rank List 2026

    The authority will release the final KEAM 2026 B.Arch category list on or before May 20, 2026. The final KEAM BArch 2026 rank list on the official website. The rank list of KEAM BArch is based on the score of NATA and the qualifying exam. As per the rules, both criteria are given equal weightage (50% each) for KEAM B.Arch admission 2026. Along with the common rank list, the authorities have also released category-wise rank lists accommodating candidates of reserved categories like SC and ST. Candidates having their names in the KEAM B.Arch merit list 2026 will be eligible to participate in the counselling process.

    KEAM B.Arch Counselling 2026

    CEE Kerala will conduct the counselling for KEAM B.Arch 2026 admissions in online mode through a centralized allotment process (CAP). Candidates having their names on the rank list are eligible to participate in the KEAM B.Arch counselling 2026. Candidates have to register and fill the choices in the order of preference. Seats are allotted based on merit, course availability and preference of institute as selected by candidates.

    Allotment of seats for KEAM B.Arch admission 2026 after each round will be done on a merit basis and is announced online. Allotted candidates will have to confirm their admission.
