About BCECE 2026

BCECE 2026 Exam - BCECEB will release the BCECE 2026 notification on the official website, bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. Candidates interested in getting admission to BTech courses in Bihar through the BCECE exam must fill out the form. The BCECE 2026 application form process is entirely online. The official notification will consist of the registration process, eligibility, exam date and admission criteria, among other details. The exam will have five sections and will be conducted for 3.5 hours. The syllabus will include topics from physics, maths, biology, chemistry and agriculture. Each subject will have 100 questions with 4 marks for each correct answer. A negative marking of 1 is also present.

The authority will announce the BCECE 2026 result in the form of merit list. Those who clear the exam will be able to apply for BCECE counselling. Candidates will be allotted seats through the BCECE seat allotment based on the exam merit. They will have to carry the allotment letter and do the document verification at the allotted institute.

What is BCECE?

BCECE is the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination for B.Tech admission in the engineering institutes of Bihar. BCECE was conducted for the vacant seats after two rounds of counselling based on JEE Main. Admissions thereafter will be based on the ranks obtained in BCECE. The exam-conducting body offers specific combinations of physics, chemistry, mathematics, biology and agriculture for the BCECE exam. Students must choose a minimum of three subjects.

Ive applied for the upcoming FMGE January 2026 My issue is that I completed My mbbs course in September this year but I had some delay in getting my degree certificate issued .The last date for eligibility was October 30 but my degree certificate issued on November 2 ,As while applying the exam there is no option provided to upload additional documents I applied with my degree certificate. my seniors who previously appeared for FMGE told me that they had same issue and the nbems would notify with mail for deficiency in documents then we can upload the additional documents as proof of completion of degree before the Cutoff date. Two of my batchmates had the same issue but they received the mail regarding this and submitted additional documents but I did not receive any I raised a query in nbems communication web portal but I didnt get any solution I called the help desk multiple times all they told was to wait even untill the last date for correcting deficiency atlast did not receive mail so I couldnt upload additional documents today I didnt get my admit card I called the helpdesk again today they told me to raise query Am i ineligible for the exam or will I get notified if Im ineligible?

You can appear for the exam if you have the admit card. As without admit card, you do not know where to appear for the exam.
