APAAR ID or ABC ID are the same type of identifier of Indian students. Candidates can often use them interchangeably. It is a unique 12-digit number given to students across India. Candidates wondering how to create an APAAR ID for MHT CET 2026 registration should know that it is a very simple process. It will hardly take 5 minutes. APAAR ID is compulsory for MHT CET. The process to get ABC ID from DigiLocker is very simple. Follow the steps given below.

  • Go to the DigiLocker website, digilocker.gov.in.

  • Log in using Aadhaar or mobile number.

  • Go to the ‘Search Documents’ panel.

  • Type Academic Bank of Credits or ABC or APAAR on the search tab and click it.

The Adhaar is added to the DigiLocker by default after registration. As soon as candidates are registered and have a DigiLocker account, their Aadhaar card is automatically added to the list of documents within the portal.
