VITEEE Counselling 2025: VIT Vellore is conducting the phase 5 VITEEE 2025 counselling registration and fee payment till June 17, 2025. The VITEEE choice filling for phase 5 will be held from June 18 to 19, 2025. The process is held through login on the official website, viteee.vit.ac.in. The phase 4 VITEEE seat allotment result was announced on June 10, 2025. Selected candidates must pay the advanced admission fee by June 16, 2025. Those who have gained admission in phase 3 must pay the balance fee by June 18, 2025. Candidates are shortlisted to participate in the counselling based on the rank obtained in VITEEE.

VITEEE Counselling 2025 Process

The authorities are conducting the VITEEE counselling 2025 online mode. Thus, candidates should be aware of the process that they will have to follow to participate in the VIT counselling for B.Tech as explained below:

  • Step 1 - Check VITEEE rank - As the authorities will release the VITEEE counselling dates 2025 based on the range of ranks obtained by candidates, they must be aware of the rank secured in the exam. VITEEE 2025 results will be announced along with the rank list.
  • Step 2 - Registration - As the VITEEE counselling 2025 is conducted in online mode, candidates have to complete online registration. At this time, candidates have to fill out the form and express the category, their preference of course, and campus.
  • Step 3 - Verification of Documents - Candidates need to upload certain documents to prove their eligibility for admission through VITEEE. Check the instructions properly regarding this before proceeding to the VIT Counselling venue.
  • Step 4 - Allotment of Seats - Once the documents are verified, candidates will be allotted seats for VIT B.Tech admission based on their ranks and preferences filled by them.
  • Step 5 - Payment of VIT counselling Fees - After acceptance of the seat so allotted during VITEEE 2025 counselling, candidates will be required to pay the relevant admission fees at the campus to confirm their admissions. A demand draft of Rs. 50,000 has to be drawn in favour of “Vellore Institute of Technology” payable at Vellore. It may be noted that of the total amount, Rs. 11,800 will be the VITEEE counselling fees which shall be non-refundable.

  • Eligible Candidates attending Phase‐I counselling (Rank holders between Rank‐1 to Rank‐ 10000) will be allowed to attend the counselling only with a DD of Rs.50,000/‐ drawn in favour of ‘Vellore Institute of Technology’, payable at Vellore. This includes Rs.11,800 (including GST) towards the VIT counselling fees. The VITEEE counselling fees will be Non‐Refundable, but it will be adjusted in the Academic fees once the candidate joins the Institute

Documents Required during VIT Counselling 2025 for B.Tech

Candidates need to carry the following documents while going to report for verification of documents during VITEEE counselling 2025:

  • VITEEE Admit Card
  • VITEEE Result.
  • Class 10 board passing certificate or any other certificate to prove the age of the candidate.
  • Class 12 board mark sheet or passing certificate.
  • Class 12 hall ticket (For candidates awaiting results).
  • Qualifying examination mark sheet (if available).
  • Community Certificate (for SC/ST candidates).
  • Demand draft of Rs. 50,000 drawn in favor of “Vellore Institute of Technology” payable at Vellore.
