Below are the instructions for attempting the JEE Advanced Mock Test 2026.

• The duration of the JEE Advanced mock test is three hours.

• The timer will start as soon as the candidate will start the test.

• The “Submit” button will be available at the bottom right corner of the screen and will remain deactivated until the test ends.

• The “Submit” button will be activated only after the timer reaches zero and the saved responses will be automatically submitted.

• Candidates can click on the ">" arrow symbol, which appears to the left of the question palette, to collapse the question palette thereby maximizing the question window.

• Candidates have to choose the default language at the start of the JEE Advanced free mock test, however, candidates can click on the Profile image on the top right corner of the computer screen to change the default language of the entire question paper during the exam. On clicking the Profile image, candidates will get an option to change the default question viewing language.

Navigating Through Parts/Sections of the JEE Advanced Mock Test 2026

To navigate between questions, candidates will have to do the following:

• Candidates can select the question from the Question Palette at the right of the screen. To save the answer candidates must click on the “Save & Next” button for the current question otherwise, the answer will not be submitted.

• Click on the “Mark for Review & Next” button to mark it for review (with or without answering the question) and go to the next question.
