How to register for SRM AP Admission 2026?

SRM AP registration 2026 is mainly inclusive of registration, email verification, filling the application form, document upload and fee submission. The early registration process is open for 2026. Follow the steps below to complete the SRM AP registration for the BTech. course.

Registration

• First, candidates must visit the official website of SRM AP.

• On the home page, click on the ‘Admission 2026 Apply Now’ icon located on the right side.

• They will be directed to the registration page.

• Now, fill out the online application form with all the required details, such as name, mobile number, email ID and create a password.

Email Verification

• For email verification, a link is sent to the given email ID. Click on the link to verify the given email ID.

Application Form

• With the new login ID and password, log in to the official website.

• The application form must be filled out with details, including personal information, academic details, their campus preference, and more.

• Also, the mentioned documents, photos and signature must be uploaded. Follow the document requirements below.

Application Fee

• After completing the application form, candidates must pay the SRM AP application form fee of Rs 1,400, which is non-refundable.

• They can pay the fee via ‘Net banking’, ‘Credit Card’, ‘Debit Card’, ‘UPI’, and ‘Wallet’.

Once the SRM AP application form is successfully submitted online, an application number will be generated. All candidates' further communications in the admission process should quote this application number.

SRM AP Eligibility Criteria

Completing the SRM AP BTech the eligibility criteria for admission are mandatory. The eligibility criteria include nationality, age, and academic qualification. Find below the eligibility criteria for the SRM AP BTech. course for 2026.

Nationality and Age

For Indian Students:

• Students can be Indian residents or non-indian residents. However, only Indian residents are eligible to apply for SRMJEEE (UG)/ / SRMAPET.

• As for the age, they must have attained the age of 16 years and 6 months on the 31st of July of the calendar year in which the 12th Board examination is to be held.

For NRI students:

• Non-Resident Indian (NRI) holders of a PIO or OCI card issued by the Government of India should apply under the International student application form only.

Academic Qualification

• Candidates must have completed Class 10 with a 60% aggregate or equivalent grade point in Class X.

• Further, one must also pass Class 12 with a minimum 60% aggregate or equivalent grade in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Engineering Graphics.

• GCE A-Level: Students must have secured a minimum C grade in Physics and Mathematics, and Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Engineering Graphics.

• International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma or IB certificate: Minimum 4 points each in Physics and Mathematics, and Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Engineering Graphics.

• Candidates must have 2 subjects in HL* (equivalent to Advanced Placement level or Honours) and 1 subject in SL* are mandatory.
