The last date for COMEDK UGET 2026 registration process has been extended to March 20, 2026. While filling out the COMEDK 2026 application form, candidates will need to upload documents such as a photograph, candidate's signature, parents' signature, class 10 mark sheet and more. COMEDK UGET 2026 Documents Required

Documents to be Uploaded	Requirements/Guidelines for upload
Photograph of Candidate	A recent colored photograph with light background (not more than three months) The photograph should have a full-face view looking into the camera directly. The main features of the face must not be covered by hair of the head, any cloth or any shadow. Forehead, Eyes, Nose and Chin should be clearly visible Photograph should be uploaded in vertical position and it should cover the box provided The photograph should be in .JPEG format with less than 80 KB size. Before submitting the form, please check in the Preview page, whether the uploaded image is clear and meeting all norms mentioned above Note- The same image / photo should be used for all the subsequent processes such as in the Test Admission Ticket
Signature of Candidate	The signature must be done by the candidate himself/herself on a white paper with a black/blue pen. These images will be referred at later stages of admission process Scanned image should be uploaded in vertical position Maximum file size should be 80 KB in JPEG format only Before submitting the form, please check in the Preview page, whether the uploaded image is clear and meeting all norms mentioned above
SSLC/10th Marks Card of Candidate	Maximum file size should be 160 KB The image should be of JPEG or JPG format only Image should be uploaded in vertical position Before submitting the form, please check if the uploaded image is clear and meeting all norms If your Id consists of more than 1 page, please combine the pages and scan and upload a single image for upload
Signature of Parent/Guardian	For upload of signature of Parent, the signature must be done by the Parent on a white paper with black/blue pen These images will be referred at later stages of admission process Scanned image should be uploaded in vertical position Maximum file size should be 160 KB The image should be of . JPEG or .PDF format Before submitting the form, please check if the uploaded image is clear and meeting all norms

Karnataka Domicile Certificate of Candidate	Maximum file size should be 160 KB The image should be of JPEG format Image should be uploaded in vertical position Applicable to candidates claiming KKR/HKR seats AND / OR SC/ST/OBC candidates claiming lower eligibility norms
