Dealing with the preparation of SRMJEEE 2026 isn’t something you can leave for the final days. The exam is known for its diverse questions, and its competitive nature means you need more than just reading. Early and consistent preparation, sharp conceptual understanding, and effective time management are necessary. As for the schedule, the exam will happen in three phases: late April, mid-June, and early July 2026. The registrations are now open. The deadline for Phase 1 is April 16, 2026. The application for Phase 2 will close on June 4, 2026, and for Phase 3, the deadline is June 30, 2026. Chemistry in SRMJEEE consists of approximately 35 questions, which are divided into three major branches: These typology of chemistry includes Physical and Organic and Inorganic Chemistry. Although the format of the questions is similar in all sections, each of those sections has to be studied thoroughly since most of the questions provide the theoretical concept and its practical use in one question.

Divide your time to learning theoretical concepts, practicing problems, and trying self-assessment properly. Daily study sessions are usually more effective.
4. Mock tests and previous exam papers: Practice day after day with the help of SRMJEEE mock tests and past exam papers, a golden opportunity wasted to further sharpen knowledge. By practicing under exam-like conditions, you will learn how to get used to the exam conditions. After each mock test you take, you should also reflect on how you did, what you could have improved on, and ensure you reflect on possible changes or adjustments to your study methods, respectively.
